We aim to encourage anyone with an interest in any of  the disciplines of theatre to join us and enjoy the experience of working with like minded people.

We are always in need of people who would like to do some acting, as our present numbers are somewhat limited and this limits the choice of plays we can put on.  Other groups have the same problem and this has resulted in our next production being a joint venture with the Heath Players form Hatfield Heath in Essex, just a few miles from Roydon.

We would also like to see anyone who wants to help on or off stage, there is always work to be done whether it is prompting, set building or whatever.

For the younger person we have an affiliated group called Simply Stage run by Norma French who can be reached on 01279 792167.

In addition to drama we also put on musicals, pantomimes, workshops and play readings from time to time.

There are social and fund raising events throughout the year.  There have been Valentine dances, outings to greyhound racing, theatre visits and quizzes.
