Claire’s first major role was as Cuthbert, in Christopher Fry’s The Boy with a Cart which she did at school. Once inspired she went on to do both acting and singing for the Roydon Players, now for over fifteen years. In addition to working behind the scenes on properties, costumes and stage managing and helping with the bar. She has acted prominent characters in Roydon Player’s productions, including- Hay Fever, How the Other Half Loves, Habeas Corpus, and Olde Tyme Music Hall.
